Iron and Silk Center (ISC) is not a typical martial art school, it is a center
for body and mind improvement. Whether you just want to lose some
weight and get in shape, or to learn some effective self defense moves
or to join our world class martial arts programs, we are here for you.
Founded in 1993 by Grandmaster N. L. Nguyen, an internationally
known martial art and fitness educator. From 1993 to 2000 we taught
strictly Kung fu, Karate, Aikido and Jufitsu. From the year 2000 Master
Nguyen transformed our martial art school to an innovative mind and
body improvement center.
We began to provide private instruction, training and retreats for local
folks in Central Florida with 3 dynamic programs:
1) Holistic Fitness & Health.
2) World Class External & Internal Martial Arts
3) Reality Based Self Defense
Personal instruction allow us to focus on each individual and monitor
his/her progress. We have classes everyday and by appointments for
private instructions.
At Iron and Silk Training Center, under the guidance and teaching of
Grandmaster N L Nguyen, we promote healthy lifestyles and share our
knowledge with others. We will show you how to achieve beyond the
ranks, the prowess and the nice body shapes. Our mission is to help
you realistically improve your mind and body, maximize your physical
and mental power.(For example: Just Positive Thinking Training alone
could change the outcomes in life or Stress Reduction Exercise alone
could bring you inner peace and prevent illness). Therefore, you can
do whatever you want to do and be whoever you want to be while
enjoying a dynamic life with optimal health, power and success.
We are glad that you found us, with respect and humility we invite you
to join our exciting journey.
We also offer special instruction for seminars, retreats and
conventions nationwide and worldwide:
We will go to any school or convention regardless of style of training.
For example we can share our knowledge of internal power with any
martial art stylist or Secrets of optimal health and longevity with any
body. We will go any where in America and abroad if we are needed.
We usually have weekend retreats in Orlando, Florida with the same
format: individuals, couples, family and small groups.
